RAIN Ride Meeting Tonight!
Hey Everyone,
A couple of you wanted a reminder about the RAIN Ride meeting after the Wednesday service this evening.
So, here is your reminder!
We are meeting in Auburn at 8:30 PM. The last I knew, we were meeting at Mad Anthony's, but double check with my dad at church tonight to verify where we are actually meeting.

Interval Training Tonight...
Well, I did it again. I didn't get the email out until this morning.
But, notwithstanding, we are still doing an interval training ride this evening!
I plan on being at New Hope at 6:30, and then we will put in a 1 hour training ride with three or four intervals. It should be good!

Thursday Training Ride...
Good Morning RAIN Riders!!!
I created a new group so we can post training rides without bothering the rest of the bike club with a bunch of emails about training rides.
And, I apologize for taking so long to get this email out, but this week has been really crazy!
Anyway, we are doing a training ride tonight, Thursday, at 6:45 PM. This training ride should last right at 45 minutes, starting at New Hope and ending at New Hope.
